In December of 2016, Pio Squad released their 4th studio album. 8 long years after the previous one. I’m quite happy that I was able to participate to the final looks of the product. Album has 2 covers: the inner one contains photos made by Petr Zbrojka, the outer case, track list and cd itself is designed by me. As the title Stromy v bouři translates to English roughly as: trees in a storm.
The motive was to emit something like survival-kit, so we worked with a camo theme and a bit army-ish look. I also designed almost every accompanying thing, that came out around the release – like animated visuals for singles, posters, graphics for the social accounts and so on. The album won music award Anděl (check here) – as the best Hip-Hop album of year 2016.
